What BNB Standard does
BNB Standard operates a BNB-denominated corporate treasury strategy: accumulating and holding BNB, the native asset of the BNB Chain ecosystem, inside a Nasdaq-listed company - so that public-market investors can obtain treasury exposure through ordinary equity.

The strategy's defining commitment is disclosure. This website carries a dashboard publishing BNB holdings, a dual Adjusted NAV reconciliation (a reported-net-assets bridge checked against an independent component build), a derived diluted share count with its full instrument table, and per-share treasury metrics - each value labeled with its source and feed status. Adjusted NAV is a supplemental non-GAAP measure; SEC filings control.
The strategy was established in July 2025: on July 28, 2025 the company entered securities purchase agreements for a private placement with estimated aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $500.0 million - common stock priced at $10.10 per share alongside pre-funded and stapled warrants - expressly to implement a BNB treasury strategy (Form 8-K, July 28, 2025).
