Legal Disclaimer
This website is published by BNB Standard Corporation (formerly CEA Industries Inc.), whose common stock trades on Nasdaq as BNC, for general informational purposes. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or digital asset. Company information is identified by source and measurement date. If this website conflicts with an SEC filing, the SEC filing controls. BNB Standard is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Binance, BNB Chain, or the BNB Chain Foundation; third-party marks belong to their owners.
Forward-Looking Statements
This website contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of the federal securities laws. Forward-looking statements include statements regarding strategy, treasury activities, financing, staking, market opportunities, regulatory matters, expected benefits, plans and future performance. These statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially. Readers should review the risk factors and other disclosures in BNB Standard's SEC filings. BNB Standard undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
Digital Asset Risk Factors
Digital assets involve significant risks, including price volatility, liquidity constraints, market manipulation, custody and cybersecurity incidents, protocol and smart-contract failures, validator and slashing risk, forks, airdrops, regulatory change, tax uncertainty, counterparty failure, sanctions exposure and loss of private-key or asset access. BNB may decline substantially in value, and BNB Standard's securities may trade independently of the value of BNB Standard's digital-asset holdings.
Third-Party Data Disclaimer
Market, blockchain and network data are sourced from the providers identified at the point of use. Quote delay, price type and observation time are displayed with the relevant data. BNB Standard applies source validation, freshness and cross-source controls, but provider errors may affect a reported value. Corrections are handled through BNB Standard's published corrections process.
Dashboard Methodology Disclaimer
Dashboard values come from the current accepted calculation run. Each run cites the company snapshot, share-register and instrument-register versions, BNB and BNC observation identifiers, formula version, input and output hashes, and calculation timestamp. Adjusted NAV Method 1 must reconcile to Method 2 within the published tolerance before a run is accepted for public display. Detailed formulas, dependencies and source timestamps are available on the dashboard and in its downloadable reproduction package.
Non-GAAP / Supplemental KPI Disclaimer
Adjusted Net Asset Value (non-GAAP), mNAV (the multiple of market value to Adjusted NAV), the premium or discount to Adjusted NAV, diluted shares and related per-share measures are supplemental, company-defined measures and are not measures defined by U.S. GAAP. They should be considered together with, and not as substitutes for, BNB Standard's GAAP financial statements and SEC filings. The reconciliation to the most directly comparable GAAP measure, the reasons management uses these measures and their limitations are published with the dashboard.
Why management uses the measure: Management believes Adjusted Net Asset Value is useful to investors because the GAAP balance sheet carries the company's BNB at its value on the reporting date, but the price of BNB can be volatile and small changes in the value of BNB may have a material impact on our net assets after the reporting date. Additionally, the Company has a call right on certain warrants treated as liabilities under GAAP. Since the fair value of the warrant liability does not consider the assets received in consideration of a cash exercise under those call rights and the warrants are out-of-the-money, management does not include such fair value in Adjusted Net Asset Value.
Limitations: Adjusted Net Asset Value is a supplemental, company-defined measure and is not a measure defined by U.S. GAAP. It is not a substitute for total stockholders' equity or for the financial statements and SEC filings it is reconciled to. It depends on market prices observed after the most recent reporting date, on company inputs updated between filings, and on the company's own definitions and adjustments. It is not an independent valuation of the company or of its securities, and it may not be comparable to measures that other companies present under similar names.
The reconciliation to the most directly comparable GAAP measure is on the dashboard.
No Investment Advice
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. BNB Standard does not recommend that any person buy, sell or hold BNB Standard securities, BNB or any other asset. Investors should conduct their own analysis and consult their advisers.
No Direct BNB Ownership Through BNC Shares
Ownership of BNB Standard common stock does not represent direct ownership of BNB. BNB Standard stockholders do not hold BNB in their own name, do not control BNB Standard's BNB, and do not possess direct rights against a BNB custodian or the BNB Chain protocol.
Stock Quote Delay Disclaimer
BNC stock metrics use U.S. market data under BNB Standard's published market-data policy. The headline basis is the provider-reported regular-session close unless an approved intraday provider policy is active. Each quote identifies its price type, market session and source-observation time, and a quote that is not current is not published.
Token Price Volatility Disclaimer
BNB trades continuously and may experience rapid and material price changes. Dashboard BNB metrics use the current BNB/USD price from Twelve Data, verified against an independent source, and display the source-observation time and calculation time. BNB price movements may cause material changes in BNB Standard's reported treasury metrics and market valuation.
SEC Filings Control Statement
BNB Standard's SEC filings are the authoritative source for filed company information. If information on this website differs from a controlling SEC filing, including an amendment, the SEC filing controls. Website information is not incorporated by reference into an SEC filing unless the filing expressly states otherwise.
Social Media Disclosure Statement
Only the channels identified as authorized on BNB Standard's Disclosure Channels page are company-authorized channels. BNB Standard's official X account is @BNBStandard. No other social media account is an official BNB Standard channel. Social-media accounts are not the sole source of material company information unless BNB Standard expressly designates a specific account and use in an established public communication. Investors should verify that an account is listed on the Disclosure Channels page before relying on it as an official BNB Standard communication channel.
No Direct BNB Ownership / No Redemption
BNB Standard shares are not redeemable for BNB or cash based on BNB value. Stockholders have no redemption right, exchange right or claim to a pro rata portion of BNB Standard's BNB holdings. BNB Standard may acquire, sell, stake, pledge, transfer or otherwise use BNB in accordance with its corporate authority, contracts, risk policies and public disclosures.

If information published on this website is later determined to be incorrect, the company corrects the affected page, posts a correction notice on the announcements page identifying what changed and when, and marks superseded material as superseded rather than silently deleting it. Controller. The data controller for this website is BNB Standard Corporation (formerly CEA Industries Inc.), doing business as BNB Standard (Nasdaq: BNC), 385 S. Pierce Ave, Ste C, Louisville, CO 80027, United States. Privacy requests reach the company through the investor contact page.
Purpose. This website publishes company and investor information. It needs no account, and BNB Standard does not use it to build a profile of any visitor. BNB Standard sets no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not sell or share visitor data. Processing rests on BNB Standard’s legitimate interest in operating and securing an investor-information website, and - for investor alerts - on your consent, given and withdrawable as described below.
Anonymous visitors. Visiting collects: server and edge request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp), kept for security, abuse prevention and operations on the hosting provider’s standard schedule; browser security reports (Content-Security-Policy violation reports naming the page and the blocked resource, with the requester’s network address used transiently to rate-limit the endpoint); and anonymous performance measurements (a timing metric and the page path, with no visitor identifier). Cookies are functional only: staff sign-in cookies on the administrative console. The site sets no visitor-facing browser storage beyond these.
Processors. Vercel (United States) hosts the site and holds the request logs. Supabase (United States) hosts the company database - it stores published disclosure content, the investor-alert subscriber records described below, and staff account and audit records. Email for investor alerts is delivered by Resend, acting as BNB Standard’s processor. Market, blockchain and filing data are fetched server-side - those requests carry no visitor information. The complete active list - driving market sources: Twelve Data; background checks that must agree before a price is published but never supply it: an independent market data source; diagnostic cross-checks that never move a published number: GeckoTerminal, DexScreener; labeled reference data: BNB Chain public RPC; regulatory feeds: Nasdaq Trader, SEC EDGAR. The site’s Content-Security-Policy declares this origin and the TradingView widget below as the only permitted sources for browser connections. The database and email processors run in the United States; the site is served through a globally distributed content-delivery and edge network, so a request’s network metadata may be processed at an edge location near the visitor before reaching those United States services.
Embedded content. The analytics page embeds one TradingView chart widget, which loads from TradingView and may set its own cookies under TradingView’s privacy policy. It is the only third-party embed on the site. Links to SEC EDGAR, GlobeNewswire, bnbchain.org and research providers lead to sites governed by their own policies, which BNB Standard does not control.
Investor alerts. If you subscribe, BNB Standard stores your email address, the alert categories you chose, your verification status with its confirmation timestamps, the tokens that operate your unsubscribe and preference links, and the delivery record for each alert sent to you - including bounce and complaint events. That data is used to send those alerts and for nothing else: it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never combined with site analytics. Subscriptions are double opt-in - an address is added only after you confirm it from the mailbox itself, and a request to subscribe an already-confirmed address changes nothing and sends only a link to your own preference page. Every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to change categories.
Alert retention. Retention is enforced by a scheduled database job: delivery records are deleted after 400 days; an unsubscribed or suppressed address’s subscriber record is deleted 90 days after the unsubscribe or suppression event; an address that never completes confirmation is deleted 30 days after signup. Addresses that bounce or report a message as spam are added to a suppression list, which is retained for as long as the suppression stands - it is the record that prevents BNB Standard from contacting you again.
Administrators and publishers. Staff accounts carry identity, role, authentication and session records, and every content approval and publication is written to an append-only audit log naming its actor.
Your rights and contact. You may ask what BNB Standard holds about you, ask for its deletion, or unsubscribe at any time - subscriber records are the personal data BNB Standard holds directly. Requests are handled through the investor contact page. This site is not directed at children, and BNB Standard does not knowingly collect children’s data.
Security. The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a Content-Security-Policy and standard hardening headers. Published content is served read-only to the public; database access is row-level-security enforced, and administrative access is authenticated and audited.
