What is Adjusted NAV?

Adjusted NAV is our estimate of the company's net asset value between SEC filings, stated in US dollars and updated as digital asset prices move. Inputs taken from SEC filings update only when a new 10-Q or 10-K is filed.

It is calculated two independent ways and published only when the two agree.

Method 1 rolls forward from the most recent filed balance sheet. It starts with reported net assets at the baseline period end, removes the digital assets carried in that filing, adds those holdings remeasured at current prices, and adds any approved bridge adjustments.

Method 2 rebuilds the same figure from current components: digital assets at current prices, plus cash and other current assets, less current liabilities, plus any approved component adjustments. Cash, other current assets and current liabilities are as of the latest 10-Q or 10-K.

The published Adjusted NAV is Method 1. Method 2 is an independent check. The two must agree within the greater of 1,000 US dollars or 0.01 percent of Adjusted NAV. If they do not, the snapshot cannot be published.

Adjusted NAV is unaudited and is not a financial measure defined by US GAAP. It is not a projection of amounts that could be realized on sale. See the reconciliation to the most directly comparable GAAP measure.

Does owning BNC shares mean I own BNB?

No. BNC shares are equity in BNB Standard Corporation (formerly CEA Industries Inc.); they do not represent direct ownership of BNB or any digital asset.

Where do the dashboard numbers come from?

Company-approved treasury inputs certified on disclosure, filing-derived baselines identified by SEC accession number, and labeled market-data feeds. Every metric card shows its source and status, and a metric that is not a defined quantity for the period says so.

Is BNB Standard affiliated with Binance or BNB Chain?

No. BNB Standard Corporation (formerly CEA Industries Inc.) is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Binance, BNB Chain, or the BNB Chain Foundation. The company holds BNB as a treasury asset; the BNB and Binance marks belong to their owners.

Is BNC an ETF or a fund?

No. BNC common stock is corporate equity in BNB Standard Corporation (formerly CEA Industries Inc.) - an operating company - not an interest in an exchange-traded fund or a registered investment company, and shares are not redeemable for BNB or for cash at net asset value.

Answers are maintained through the company's content workflow and reviewed before publication. For anything that matters to an investment decision, rely on the SEC filings.
