Ms. Howard is an attorney and consultant with over 20 years of experience across investments, family-office operations, fiduciary law, and banking, including a decade in the crypto industry. Through CEH Advisory, which she founded in 2017, she provides Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel and global structuring advisory services to crypto-focused funds and companies. She previously served Of Counsel at K&L Gates in its Crypto & Digital Assets group, as a Senior Wealth Strategist at CIBC Private Wealth US, and in senior roles at BB&T. She holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. She brings expertise spanning crypto-native projects and traditional finance to the Board.

Mr. Odagiu has served as Interim President since June 2026, reporting directly to the Board, and as a director. He has been an Investment Partner of YZi Labs since September 2025, where he identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, conducts due diligence, structures deals, provides strategic guidance to portfolio companies on scaling, fundraising, and operations, and builds relationships with founders, investors, and partners. He previously served as Investment Director of YZi Labs from January 2022 to September 2025 and as an Associate at Letterone Technology. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs International. He holds an M.A. (Hons) in Economics and Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.

Mr. Roszak is Co-Founder and Chairman of Bloq, a blockchain infrastructure and enterprise technology company, and of Hemi Labs, a Bitcoin DeFi and programmability platform. He is Founding Partner of Tally Capital, a private investment firm focused on crypto, AI, and biotech, a General Partner of Off The Chain Capital, and has chaired the Advisory Board of The Digital Chamber, a global blockchain trade association, since 2014. He previously served on the board of 180 Connect and holds a B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College. He brings decades of blockchain infrastructure, venture investing, and digital-asset policy experience to the Board.

Ms. Tierney has been Founder and Principal of Liquid Advisors, a strategic advisory firm serving financial-services and digital-asset clients, since 2019. She previously served as Head of Strategy and General Counsel of Templum, held senior strategy roles at Nasdaq Private Market and SecondMarket (now Digital Currency Group), and served in legal and regulatory roles at NYSE Euronext, Skadden Arps, and the SEC. She serves on the board of CoinShares ETF Trust, is a long-standing director of the Association of SEC Alumni (President, 2023–2025), and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses. She brings deep experience in digital-asset regulation, U.S. securities law and market structure, and corporate governance to the Board.

Mr. Tyranski has been a partner at WWC, P.C., an international accounting firm, since 2023, and previously served as a Managing Director/Affiliate at FTI Consulting and an Executive Director at Ernst & Young. He spent nearly two decades at the New York Stock Exchange, most recently as Senior Vice President, Financial Compliance at NYSE Regulation, where he co-led listings and compliance for more than 2,500 listed companies, and began his career at KPMG. A CPA licensed in New York, he also teaches at King's College and Long Island University. He is the Board's designated audit committee financial expert and brings more than three decades of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and governance experience to the Board.

Ms. Zhang has served as Managing Partner and Head of YZi Labs since January 2025 and as President of Trendsi (Shop Social), which she co-founded and led as Chief Executive Officer from 2020 to 2024. She founded Binance Labs - the former venture arm of Binance and predecessor to YZi Labs - and earlier served as an Investment Principal at Kleiner Perkins following roles at Google and Tencent, where she was a founding member of Tencent e-commerce. She holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She brings venture-building, digital-asset investing, and global technology leadership to the Board.
